At Texas Hold em we would get a straight, they would get a higher straight/flush, pair, etc.
Throughout the last year we noticed a pattern of dealers getting higher hands consistently. We would win a little here and there but mostly lost over time, expected that at a casino since they have the house odds.
My wife and I have been going there for years.
